Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRAS mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4G. Each is linked with RRAS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRAS-to-partner and partner-to-RRAS results are reported.
