RRAS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RRAS RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,436 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAVIN1, OPTN, and FAM214B. Each is linked with RRAS in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRAS-to-partner and partner-to-RRAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRAS versus CAVIN1 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
