Across TCGA cell cohorts, RRAS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,234 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RRAS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell-matrix adhesion, Skeletal myofibril assembly, and Carbohydrate derivative catabolic process. Each is linked with RRAS in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRAS-to-partner and partner-to-RRAS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of cell-matrix adhesion grouped by RRAS-low versus RRAS-high in BONE.
