RRAGC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRAGC RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 10,026 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRAGC-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, VPS13C, and COL6A3. Each is linked with RRAGC in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRAGC-to-partner and partner-to-RRAGC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by RRAGC-low versus RRAGC-high in PRAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRAGC→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRAGC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
