RRAGC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRAGC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 788 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRAGC-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM197Y5, MLLT10P2, and FAM197Y4. Each is linked with RRAGC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRAGC-to-partner and partner-to-RRAGC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM197Y5 grouped by RRAGC-low versus RRAGC-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRAGC→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRAGC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
