Across TCGA cell cohorts, RRAGC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRAGC-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBC1D3, KRTAP4-1, and TFAP2D. Each is linked with RRAGC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRAGC-to-partner and partner-to-RRAGC results are reported.
