RPUSD4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPUSD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,541 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPUSD4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGEF12, CWF19L2, and KMT2A. Each is linked with RPUSD4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPUSD4-to-partner and partner-to-RPUSD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPUSD4 versus ARHGEF12 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPUSD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPUSD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
