RPUSD4

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPUSD4 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 14 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RPUSD4’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where RPUSD4 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RPUSD4 is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as BRCA and KICH show the opposite, repressed pattern.

COAD, KIRC, and STAD are the cancer types where RPUSD4 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
