Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPUSD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,068 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPUSD4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial tRNA pseudouridine synthesis, rRNA pseudouridine synthesis, and Platelet activating factor catabolic process. Each is linked with RPUSD4 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPUSD4-to-partner and partner-to-RPUSD4 results are reported.
