RPSAP66

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPSAP66 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,113 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPSAP66-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL27P6, RPL37AP1, and RPSAP12. Each is linked with RPSAP66 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPSAP66-to-partner and partner-to-RPSAP66 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPSAP66 versus RPL27P6 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPSAP66→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPSAP66) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
