RPSAP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPSAP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,925 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPSAP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VAV2, REXO2, and SORBS3_S395. Each is linked with RPSAP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPSAP3-to-partner and partner-to-RPSAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPSAP3 versus VAV2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPSAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPSAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
