RPSA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPSA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,215 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPSA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IMPDH2, NOP58, and KIAA1143. Each is linked with RPSA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPSA-to-partner and partner-to-RPSA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPSA versus IMPDH2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPSA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPSA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
