Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPSA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,903 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPSA-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIAA1109, TAPT1, and PPM1A. Each is linked with RPSA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPSA-to-partner and partner-to-RPSA results are reported.
