Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS6P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,768 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS6P4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sterol metabolic process, Nucleoside phosphate biosynthetic process, and Cellular respiration. Each is linked with RPS6P4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS6P4-to-partner and partner-to-RPS6P4 results are reported.
