Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS6P4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS6P4 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher RPS6P4 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS6P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD show a favorable association.
UVM, KIRC, and UCS are the cancer types where RPS6P4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
