Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS6KB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,581 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS6KB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, RNVU1-28, and RNA5SP423. Each is linked with RPS6KB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS6KB1-to-partner and partner-to-RPS6KB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by RPS6KB1-low versus RPS6KB1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS6KB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS6KB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
