Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,280 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL847P, POLR3KP2, and PPP1R26P3. Each is linked with RPS6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS6-to-partner and partner-to-RPS6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL847P grouped by RPS6-low versus RPS6-high in BRCA.
