Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPS5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX55, MRGPRD, and OR11H6. Each is linked with RPS5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS5-to-partner and partner-to-RPS5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEX55 grouped by RPS5-low versus RPS5-high in CNS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
