Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RPS4XP21 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RPS4XP21 expression is associated with patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in CESC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RPS4XP21 is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, RPS4XP21 RNA expression shows 5,509 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight CESC, KIRC, and STAD as cancer lineages where RPS4XP21 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
