RPS4XP21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS4XP21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,366 significant associations in total. LAML shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS4XP21-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS11P5, RPL3P2, and RPS4XP11. Each is linked with RPS4XP21 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS4XP21-to-partner and partner-to-RPS4XP21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS4XP21→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS4XP21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
