Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS4XP11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,990 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS4XP11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit assembly, Ribosome assembly, and [4Fe-4S] cluster assembly. Each is linked with RPS4XP11 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS4XP11-to-partner and partner-to-RPS4XP11 results are reported.
