Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS4XP11 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS4XP11 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RPS4XP11 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS4XP11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and LUSC show a favorable association.

LUAD, CESC, and LUSC are the cancer types where RPS4XP11 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
