RPS29P26

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS29P26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,212 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS29P26-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRGPRX8P, RPL34P29, and CEACAMP2. Each is linked with RPS29P26 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS29P26-to-partner and partner-to-RPS29P26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS29P26 versus MRGPRX8P in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS29P26→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS29P26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
