Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS29P26 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS29P26 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher RPS29P26 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS29P26 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.
OV, MESO, and UCEC are the cancer types where RPS29P26 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
