Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS26P11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 75 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS26P11-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5L2, ATP2B2-IT1, and SPCS2P2. Each is linked with RPS26P11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS26P11-to-partner and partner-to-RPS26P11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS26P11→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS26P11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
