RPS23P8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS23P8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,578 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS23P8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS18P12, RPS27AP5, and RPS4XP11. Each is linked with RPS23P8 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS23P8-to-partner and partner-to-RPS23P8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS23P8 versus RPS18P12 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS23P8→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS23P8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
