Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS23P8 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS23P8 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RPS23P8 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS23P8 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and LUSC show a favorable association.
ACC, KIRP, and LUAD are the cancer types where RPS23P8 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
