Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS23P10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,523 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS23P10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of myeloid cell differentiation, Regulation of peptidyl-tyrosine phosphorylation, and Protein processing. Each is linked with RPS23P10 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS23P10-to-partner and partner-to-RPS23P10 results are reported.
