Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS23P10 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS23P10 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RPS23P10 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS23P10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

KIRC, TGCT, and UCEC are the cancer types where RPS23P10 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
