Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS23P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,056 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS23P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EEF1A1P4, EEF1A1P12, and EEF1A1P8. Each is linked with RPS23P1 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS23P1-to-partner and partner-to-RPS23P1 results are reported.
