Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS23P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS23P1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RPS23P1 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS23P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and COAD show a favorable association.
HNSC, STAD, and COAD are the cancer types where RPS23P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
