RPS23P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS23P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,347 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS23P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MATN2, MAP3K6_S251, and NIPBL_S2658. Each is linked with RPS23P1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS23P1-to-partner and partner-to-RPS23P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS23P1 versus MATN2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS23P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS23P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
