RPS19P3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS19P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,380 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS19P3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUPT16H, LZTFL1, and BAZ1A. Each is linked with RPS19P3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS19P3-to-partner and partner-to-RPS19P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS19P3 versus SUPT16H in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS19P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS19P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
