Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS19P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS19P3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RPS19P3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS19P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and BRCA show a favorable association.

ACC, KICH, and HNSC are the cancer types where RPS19P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
