RPS18P6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS18P6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,366 significant associations in total. READ shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS18P6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS11P5, RPS19P1, and NAP1L4P3. Each is linked with RPS18P6 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS18P6-to-partner and partner-to-RPS18P6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS18P6 versus RPS11P5 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS18P6→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS18P6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
