Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS18P6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS18P6 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RPS18P6 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS18P6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and MESO show a favorable association.
ACC, LIHC, and OV are the cancer types where RPS18P6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
