Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RPS19P1 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RPS19P1 expression is associated with patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RPS19P1 is differentially expressed in 13, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, RPS19P1 RNA expression shows 15,061 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in DLBC. Together, these results highlight ACC, KIRC, and DLBC as cancer lineages where RPS19P1 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
