RPS15P9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS15P9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,975 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS15P9-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS19P1, RPL37P23, and RPS15P5. Each is linked with RPS15P9 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS15P9-to-partner and partner-to-RPS15P9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS15P9 versus RPS19P1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS15P9→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS15P9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
