Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS15P9 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS15P9 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher RPS15P9 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS15P9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and COAD show a favorable association.

KICH, CHOL, and STAD are the cancer types where RPS15P9 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
