Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS15AP29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,690 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS15AP29-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomere maintenance via telomere lengthening, snRNA metabolic process, and Endosomal transport. Each is linked with RPS15AP29 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS15AP29-to-partner and partner-to-RPS15AP29 results are reported.
