Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RPS15AP29 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RPS15AP29 expression is associated with patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RPS15AP29 is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, RPS15AP29 RNA expression shows 9,774 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LAML. Together, these results highlight LUAD, THCA, and LAML as cancer lineages where RPS15AP29 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
