RPS13P3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS13P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,647 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS13P3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM12, DHX9, and SLC4A1AP. Each is linked with RPS13P3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS13P3-to-partner and partner-to-RPS13P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS13P3 versus RBM12 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS13P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS13P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
