Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS13P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS13P3 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher RPS13P3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS13P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and KIRC show a favorable association.
CESC, ACC, and LUSC are the cancer types where RPS13P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
