RPS12P3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS12P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,724 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS12P3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are REL, CEBPD_S256, and FAM53B_S167. Each is linked with RPS12P3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS12P3-to-partner and partner-to-RPS12P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS12P3 versus REL in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS12P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS12P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
