RPS12P3

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS12P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS12P3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher RPS12P3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS12P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and SKCM show a favorable association.

LGG, UCS, and KIRC are the cancer types where RPS12P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
