Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 159 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS11-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4269, RNU6-1318P, and LINC02274. Each is linked with RPS11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS11-to-partner and partner-to-RPS11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4269 grouped by RPS11-low versus RPS11-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS11→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
