Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS10-NUDT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,941 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS10-NUDT3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of chromosome segregation, XMP metabolic process, and Nuclear pore localization. Each is linked with RPS10-NUDT3 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS10-NUDT3-to-partner and partner-to-RPS10-NUDT3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of chromosome segregation grouped by RPS10-NUDT3-low versus RPS10-NUDT3-high in THYM.
