Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS10-NUDT3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS10-NUDT3 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher RPS10-NUDT3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS10-NUDT3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and UCS show a favorable association.

KIRP, ACC, and SCLC are the cancer types where RPS10-NUDT3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
