Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS10-NUDT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS10-NUDT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02079, SNRPCP20, and MIR132. Each is linked with RPS10-NUDT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS10-NUDT3-to-partner and partner-to-RPS10-NUDT3 results are reported.
