RPRM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPRM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,057 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPRM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LCP2, ARHGAP30, and HDGFL3. Each is linked with RPRM in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPRM-to-partner and partner-to-RPRM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPRM versus LCP2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPRM→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPRM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
